The canvas of my life is painted by me.
I am the creator and artist of my own tapestry.
I am free to be me
In this world - this blank canvas full of possibilities.
I am here to play and have fun
And do what I can to stay feeling innocent and young.
I was born with inspiration and guidance that comes from my Soul;
A Divine Compass for direction –
To create with joy and passion and keep reaching for more!
Okay, let’s get started and see what I can do.
Do I start in the middle or from left to right?
It doesn’t matter because every moment is new.
I can have lines, and squares, and circles
And maybe colors of reds, and yellows, and purples.
I can have all kinds of people, and animals, and nature.
I can also add a theme of music, and lightning, and dancing together.
In this picture, I draw all that shows up.
I also choose to put in a variety of props.
It can look tidy and simple or colorful and detailed
I know it is all good and I appreciate that it is unveiled!
If I get bored, or scared, or feel unhappy,
Then I can clear the canvas, start over, and say…

I can change my life in an instant.
Moment by moment I can paint a new picture of who I want to be.
I can let go of the old drawing so my canvas looks fresh and clean.
Life isn’t meant to feel heavy or dull
So as quickly as I can, I have to change my perspective and create a lighter life that feels full!
This could be my past, my future, or my present.
I am careful to keep my thoughts positive,
In order to focus and be cognizant of where I put my attention.
I want my painting to be pleasing to the eye
So I can look and admire and see the beauty from where I have come and where I want to go before I die.
What an amazing journey this has come to be.
I am responsible for this mastery.
I love who I am and all that I have done.
I hope that others can see my example
In order to find their inner artist and create a life of fun!
